Cancellation policy
Cancellations received in writing to iufro2012@the.pt no later than:
- April 30, 2012 entitle registered persons to a full refund less €50,00 for administrative costs.
- May 31, 2012 entitle registered persons to a full refund less €100,00 for administrative costs.
- No refunds can be made for cancellations received after 31 May 2012.
- Transfer of registration: All fully paid registrations are transferable to other person. ransfers must be made by the registered person in writing to iufro2012@the.pt . Details must include the full name of the replacement person, their title, contact phone number and email address. All other registration details will be assigned to the new person unless otherwise specified. The transfer of registration has a cost of 100€.
